Here's How It Works

You contact us and we set up a free consultation to chat about your event. This meeting can occur at a neighborhood café, park, our home base or yours - wherever you choose! For small and simple orders, a phone or email consultation can be arranged.

At your initial consultation, we will discuss specifics of what you'd like and brainstorm on what we can offer.

After consulting with us, if you decide you would like to put us to work for you, we will schedule a second "design" meeting. We will bring as many as five mock-ups to show you at this meeting, all customized based on ideas discussed at our initial consultation. This part of the design process requires a $40.00 fee to cover time and material expenses for the mock ups. This fee is non-refundable, but will be applied to the overall cost of your job.

At the design meeting we will decide if any changes need to be made to the mock-up you've chosen and we will then provide you with a proof copy. As soon as you approve a final version of your design, we will begin construction.

The construction process can take anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks depending on your needs. It is best to contact us as early as possible. Rush jobs are possible, but extra fees may be applied.
